Delselius Bakery was founded in 1986 by Jan Delselius. Jan is a Confectionary master who used to be the head Confectionaries at Stockholms prestigious NK Confectionaries from 1973-1986. Delsilius Confectionaries is a family business run by wife Birgitta and son Kristoffer alongside 35 other employees. Delselius has everything from smoothies to cakes, sandwiches, pretzels, cinnamon buns, chocolates and small biscuits.
