Our kitchen is focussed on the art of preparing classic Swedish food with contemporary elements. We make sure our food is as good when we have 300 guests as when we have 30 in our restaurant. We make sure that we vary our menu to suit people who stay for longer with us.
For lunch on Djurönäset we have a buffet were you choose from 3 main meals, meat, fish or vegetarian with our daily soup and fresh bread also available. Aside from your main meal we offer a full salad bar with fresh and nutritious vegetables and other delicious ingredients.
