Philosophy

Our philosophy on our food is to be as broad as possible. We let the season, ingredients, and our chef’s inspiration decide what is going to be on the menu. We use locally produced and organic ingredients as much as possible in our dishes.

About us

Bistro Gustavsberg is a family business. Father Hinke Palmstierna has a long history as a Restaurateur. Since the 80’s he has had projects such as Timjan, now PA & Co and Söderhallarna. He has also run restaurants abroad for many years. 17 Years ago Hinke worked as Restaurateur in Gustavsbergs harbour. Daughter, Sophie Palmstierna, has been in the branch since 1997, trained in Switzerland in Hotel and Restaurant Management; she has experience in Hotels, restaurants, conferences and catering.
